Volume is increasing and it is sustaining and building. In my opinion this is bullish and potentially very, very bullish.

Looks to me like investors are starting to orient more and more around NB (not suggesting at the expense of any others) . . . . . . . . in my view the market will ultimately identify, isolate, and emphatically endorse the “correct answers” eventually and our best chance of following along is Acc/Dis, RS, Groups, and Up/Down Volume . . . . . . in other words the market action should make it very clear who the market thinks will provide the biggest prizes based on the assets projected in the ground and how quickly/efficiently they can get them out which directly connects to the Feds investing/helping . . . . .
Investors have to make their own decisions on the if/when and how . . . . . we are literally breaking ground (no pun intended) on something completely new which also happens to have major geo-poly implications . . . . . NOBODY is a Rare Earths “expert” and NOBODY “knows exactly what is going to happen with Rare Earths” . . . .
